El dispositivo tiene problemas para encender
Problemas eléctricos con la batería del dispositivo debidos a la antigüedad del modelo y a la capacidad excesiva de uso de la batería.
La batería dura poco
Si el LG X Power no enciende o no muestra ninguna señal de carga a menos que esté enchufado, deberás intentar cambiar la batería por una nueva. Esto puede deberse a un uso excesivo o a dejarlo cargando durante demasiado tiempo.
Para ello, primero abre la tapa trasera del teléfono usando uno de los spudgers de metal del juego. Puedes empezar desde la parte inferior del teléfono e insertar el spudger entre la tapa trasera y el lateral para abrirla. Después, puedes extraer la batería y sustituirla por otra. El dispositivo no se carga
Si el teléfono está enchufado al cargador conectado a un ordenador o portátil y no muestra la luz de carga en la esquina superior izquierda, primero comprueba los ajustes de carga en el teléfono y asegúrate de que esté configurado para cargar y no para compartir archivos. Si el teléfono está conectado al cargador directamente a una toma de pared, es posible que el puerto de carga no funcione correctamente y deba ser sustituido. Esto puede suceder por enchufarlo incorrectamente o incluso un cable de carga defectuoso podría afectar al dispositivo negativamente. Es posible que debas sustituir el adaptador de carga usando esta guía.
La cámara no funciona correctamente
No funciona en absoluto o tiene problemas con el zoom y la calidad de la imagen.
El zoom de la cámara no funciona
Si la cámara trasera de tu teléfono tiene una imagen borrosa o inadecuada, es posible que hayas enfocado la cámara. Todo lo que tienes que hacer para enfocar la cámara en este teléfono es simplemente tocar en la pantalla donde quieras que enfoque. No funciona en absoluto
Cuando vas a tu aplicación de cámara y lo único que aparece es una pantalla negra o un código de error, sin duda habrá que sustituir la cámara. Usa esta guía para completar la tarea. Esto puede deberse a que la cámara se dañó por sobrecalentamiento o porque entró agua en la cámara.
La forma de sustituir la cámara es abriendo primero la tapa trasera del teléfono. Una vez abierta, verás la batería, retira la batería y retira también la cubierta. Después, verás la cámara en la parte superior derecha, retírala con cuidado (para retirar la cubierta y la cámara haz clic aquí).
Entonces podrás sustituirla por tu nueva cámara.
La cámara no enfoca
Si intentas hacer una foto y tu cámara no es clara o se ve borrosa, podría ser el ajuste de autoenfoque en la configuración de la cámara. Para solucionarlo, ve a los ajustes de la cámara y asegúrate de que el autoenfoque esté activado o podrías enfocar la imagen manualmente haciendo zoom y tocando la pantalla hasta que la imagen sea clara. Esto también podría deberse a que entraste en un lugar muy caliente o en un entorno extremadamente húmedo que dañó la lente o incluso partes de la cámara. Además, es posible que hayas ido a nadar y el teléfono haya estado en contacto con agua en algún momento, y esta podría ser la causa.

Claridad del audio
Problemas con la toma de audio y el altavoz debido a la conexión o piezas defectuosas.
El cable auxiliar no funciona
Si los auriculares con cable no funcionan correctamente o no funcionan en absoluto y solo funcionan bien con una conexión inalámbrica mediante Bluetooth, primero revisa el cable y asegúrate de que no esté dañado en ningún punto ni demasiado doblado. Esto podría ser la causa de cualquier ruido estático o de que no funcione. Además, comprueba el interior de la toma de audio, ya que el polvo u otra acumulación podrían ser la causa de los problemas. Si ese no es el problema, es posible que debas sustituir el adaptador en el punto de conexión.

Fallo en el altavoz
Si el sonido no es claro y/o contiene mucho ruido estático desde el propio teléfono, es posible que debas sustituir el altavoz multimedia principal, que no es el mismo que el altavoz del teléfono usado para las llamadas. El altavoz multimedia se encuentra en la esquina inferior izquierda de la parte trasera del teléfono. Sigue los pasos a continuación para ayudarte a sustituir los altavoces.

II depleted the battery to below 10% and the device denied to charge the battery as if charger aint working. Checked several ways but it wouldn’t charge and at last got shut down at zero. After replacement of charging IC the device started to show a green screen when turned on. Some said it requires software installation, but the others said it is hardware problem and replacement of main board is only solution. After few days I put the device on charge and after few hours surprisingly the device turned on perfectly and started charging battery but couldn’t recorgnize sim card. After re-installation of the software the phone was as good as new.
Today after a week I once again accidentally depleted the battery to below 15% and the same $@$*. It seems like when the battery goes below a certain point the device’s charge controlling system can’t charge the battery until or unless charged through some other means. It is a non-removable battery.

My phone, lg power x3 is not even a year old and twice it has given me major problems.Even sending it for repairs.
Now presently I'm watching Amazon Prime,and without warning the stupid Google Asst. Pops up.And the phone starts to take on a life of it's own.The Amazon window would shrink down into the corner of the phone.Meanwhile the Google Asst.Starts repeating wait a second .over and over.The volume button goes from low to high by itself.As if There's a Google Spirit manifesting in my phone.My only recourse is to reset the phone numerous times.
That's it I'm taking it back and telling Lg to give me a new phone or else.
This is ridiculous,the tech giants want everyone to go wireless Bluetooth etc..When they can't even do a simple task like running a Video on Prime.
Yeah technology is great when it works….
But as soon as it decided to do it's own thing.Its like a rock.You might as well throw it away…

I think this phone just has charging issues. The supplied charger worked great for a year and a half and then it just became loose. I had to plug in the charger and lift the charging cable to keep it in charging mode. If I just plugged it in and let the cord just hang normally it didn’t charge. I woke up to a dead phone and went to put it on the charger. It made clicking noises that sounded like static and I unplugged it. After that, it is just dead. The charging port must be fried and to me it’s not worth fixing for money after 3 years. Going to try the moto G power.
