La batidora se detiene durante el funcionamiento

Engranaje defectuoso
Un engranaje suelto o defectuoso provoca un agarrotamiento que detiene el funcionamiento y puede requerir su sustitución. Esto podría deberse a un engranaje helicoidal o a un engranaje cónico defectuoso. Si se trata del engranaje helicoidal, sigue nuestra guía de sustitución del engranaje helicoidal. Grasa insuficiente
La falta de grasa hace que los engranajes se detengan por fricción. Es necesario abrir la carcasa de los engranajes y aplicar grasa de grado alimenticio.
Cae grasa en el bol de mezcla
La grasa lubricante cae de la carcasa de los engranajes al bol de mezcla, generalmente mientras se procesa una mezcla
Nota: La grasa no dañará los alimentos. "La grasa es de grado alimenticio y está aprobada para el contacto incidental con alimentos preparados en la batidora, aunque puede decolorar glaseados de colores claros o puré de patatas."
Grasa separada
La grasa de los engranajes se ha separado debido al calor excesivo o a la falta de uso. Se debe desmontar la carcasa, limpiar la grasa en mal estado y sustituirla por grasa nueva. La batidora no se enciende

Enchufe

Cableado
Los cables que conducen al interruptor están desconectados, sueltos o dañados. Abre el dispositivo y comprueba si hay cables dañados. Sigue nuestra guía de sustitución del interruptor selector de velocidad para ver qué aspecto deben tener los cables.
Funciona solo a determinadas velocidades
La batidora solo funciona a ciertas velocidades y no funciona o funciona mal en un ajuste de velocidad específico.
Cableado defectuoso
Los cables que conducen al interruptor están desconectados, sueltos o dañados y puede ser necesario volver a conectarlos o sustituirlos.
Caja de interruptores defectuosa

Dificultad para colocar el batidor en el eje

My model is 6000 pro. It has everything fine, grease, gears and outlet plug. Just stop and restart after several seconds. What could cause that?

Please note: I am not an Authorized or Certified Kitchenaid Mixer Repair Person. I am an Electrical Engineer
If we eliminate the gears/grease/power outlet plug as possible problems, there remains one remaining part (maybe two parts). I’ve personally seen issues with the Speed Control Circuit Board. The Speed Control Circuit Board is the only circuit board under the top cover of the Kitchenaid Stand Mixer 600 Pro Series. There are a few reasons for this board to act up. One common issue, would be this circuit board over time would accumulate gunk in the area where the mixer’s speed selector is located. This gunk is usually residual amounts of whatever has been prepared with the mixer. Another issue with this circuit board may actually be a bad electrical component(s) on the circuit board. Replacing this circuit board may be the best option; Part #: KitchenAid 9706648 Control Assembly. I hope this is helpful.

We have had this mixer for over 5 years and it is so loud. I can’t hear the TV in the living room while my wife is using this mixer in the kitchen. We had the 4.5 qt before and never had a problem with noise.
When we first bought it, we had ordered it online. We thought it was broken so we went to Costco and bought another but it made the same sound out of the box so we took it back.
I find it strange that no one else has a problem with the noise because it is louder than my power drills and if you have to mix anything for any duration of time, it is literally painful to listen to. I have to leave the room. If you buy a power tool that is this loud, they recommend in the instructions that you wear hearing protection.
What is up with this and why is there no fix?

I have this same problem. I just bought the 600 pro and the first time I used it I had this loud squeaking sound. Did you ever figure out how to fix it?
