Ensure the volume is on:
- Confirm the volume is on by unmuting/increasing the output audio.
A weak or unstable Bluetooth connection:
- Unpair the headphones from your device and forget them from the Bluetooth list. Then, restart both the headphones and the device before re-pairing them.
Debris or Physical Blockage:
- Gently clean the left speaker grille using a soft-bristle brush, a dry cloth, or compressed air.
If nothing works, the problem may be a broken speaker:
- Remove the earcup & unscrew the screws inside with a Philips head screwdriver. Then, remove the speaker and replace it with a new speaker.
