The printer does not turn on
Common causes for the printer not turning on are listed below.
The battery is dead
If the printer will not turn on, then the battery on the printer could be dead. In this case, you may need to replace the battery.
The power cord is faulty
If the battery is not the problem, then the printer may not be receiving any power through the cord. You should check to ensure that the power cord is properly inserted into the wall outlet. The power button is broken

The printer does not print

The printer has no paper
If your printer is not printing, it may not have any paper loaded in it. To load more paper in the printer, open the paper tray and fill it.
The paper is jammed
