Dell Inspiron 16 5625 Screen Not Working

When the power button is pressed, the screen will not turn on.

Many times, the cause of the problem is software related such as settings, drivers, or BIOS.

·       Perform a hard reset, hold down the power button for 15-20 seconds while the device is not plugged in.

·       Reset the graphics driver by pressing Windows Key + Ctrl + Shift + B together.

·       Use the LCD Self-Test tool by turning off the laptop and turning it on again while holding the D key. If the screen flashes through colors, check and make sure there is no damage to the display. If not, it is likely a software issue.
