Short Battery Life
Your battery dies faster than it should.
Bad Charger
Make sure you are using the right charger. The Nillkin 2A charger, not the Remax charger sold by Amazon. The Remax charger is not only slow, but it causes surface charging issue of the battery and is bad for battery life.
Faulty Battery
Open the back cover and locate the reset button (between the power and volume down button) near the battery. Press and hold the reset button for at least 30 seconds which will then reset the battery charging and restart.
Main Speaker Not Working
Your phone speaker is not producing any sound.
Volume Down/ On silent mode
Turn the volume up using the volume buttons on the phone. If the phone was muted then that would explain why the audio and sound were not playing. If this does not work and the volume was already turned up, reboot your phone.
Twisted Wires
Open the phone to access the loud-speaker to attempt a repair. Using a fine tipped Philips screwdriver remove all the screws from the back of the phone. Along the seems that hold the two halves of the phone together use a blunt object to separate the two halves and watch out for the clips that are along the seams. Locate the loud-speaker. Carefully check the wiring to ensure its making contact with the board fully and nothing is broken, if the solder is broken you will need to reconnect it. If not detangle the wires and reseat the speaker. Reassemble and power on the device and do a sound test. The speaker may be completely dead if so you will need to remove the old one and get a new one for repair and solder it in place.
‘Random’ Rebooting of Device
Your phone turns off then back on itself.
Useless apps
Random restarts are be caused by poor quality apps. Try uninstalling apps you don’t use. Be sure the apps you do use are reliable.
System Apps Disabled
If you disabled apps that are required to run the Android OS, it may be causing your restarting issue. Look under “Settings” > “Applications” and swipe over to the list of apps that are “Turned Off” or “Disabled” and enable any apps that may be needed for your device to function properly.
Overheating
Many Android devices are designed to shut off automatically if they become too hot. Watch the temperature and maybe disable features you don’t need.
Stuck Power Button
Sometimes the “Power” button can get some water dirt stuck in it. Be sure that nothing is jammed in the button opening. Also, check to make sure your case is not putting pressure on the button.
Rear Flash/Flashlight Failure
The flash at the back of your phone is not working.
Data Full
Go to Settings, Apps, All Apps, Camera. In the camera app section, press "Clear Data".
Low Battery
Charge the phone to above 20% with all app closed, and see if the flash works.
Phone Overheating
Your phone is becoming too hot to function.
Background apps
You may try closing applications that are running in the background. Go to Settings>battery saver>usage.
Charging
It’s good to not charge your phone to 100 percent. Also, it's best not to let the charge run down to zero percent. If you charge from, maybe, 30 percent up to around 80 percent, you're avoiding cell phone overheating.
Phone in Sunlight.
Don’t leave your phone in direct sunlight.
Camera
Not able to see through or get a clear photo.
Foggy
Wipe the lens off with a glasses lens cleaner. Additional way to clean it is alcohol wipe.
