Anker Soundcore Select 2 A3125 Unresponsive Buttons

If you are experiencing issues with the buttons on your Anker Soundcore Select 2 A3125 speaker not responding, this troubleshooting guide may help you resolve them.

The speaker's internal software can freeze and lock out button inputs. Press and hold the Power button for at least 8 seconds to force a hard restart. If the buttons still do not respond after powering the device back on, this is a hardware issue.

Dirt and sticky residue can jam the buttons. Inspect the buttons for visible buildup and clean the exterior with isopropyl alcohol. Press each button to check for a distinct click. If a button feels mushy or physically jammed, you will need to open the device to clean underneath the rubber membrane.

• For the external buttons, use a slightly dampened microfiber cloth to wipe away dirt and grime.
• Use a soft cotton or microfiber swab with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol 70% plus to gently wipe the silicone membrane clean.
