I love this laptop. Unfortunately, a user broke off their headphone plug inside the jack, and all the well documented ways of replacing it didn’t work. So once I get the parts, I’m going to attempt my first board-level repair.
You’ll need to remove the keyboard to access the ram on the other side of the logic board. The procedure is here: HP ZBook 15 Keyboard Replacement
