Do you need to remove the front display assembly to replace the daughterboard? From the images it appears you just have to go in through the back glass to do this job. Confused.
Black Tesa tape, available from iFixit store. Strongest muthaf****ing adhesive for phone and tablet repairs available. I use it on all iPad and Samsung Repairs. Never lifts or comes apart like cheaper tape. Don't use glue. Just don't.
Is there any supplier that sells the original adhesive for the edge of the phone so we can make it better? Or do we have to just wing it with some cut double sided tape etc?
You sound like the WORST tech in the world. No offence, but half your story sounds like bullshit to me.
