I suspect the wrong driver might be installed. I’d suggest finding the hardware ID of the wireless card and searching google with it to make sure you have the correct model of your wireless card. To find the Hardware ID go to device manager—>device properties—> details tab—> and then choose “hardware id” from the drop down list. Copy one of the strings listed and paste it into google and see what comes up.
If it’s the model in the post then that’s your problem. By no means is that a gaming computer. It will do the basics but anything beyond that it is going to struggle with.
It could be the wifi card being loose or bad but that isn’t very common. Most commonly its either a bad HDMI port on the console, which is usually obvious as it has broken or bent pins. Other than that it can also be the HDMI controller chip or filters near the HDMI port.
