Hello!

I'm a student at UMass Dartmouth studying medical laboratory science. I chose this major because I love studying human biology, medicine and working with my hands to solve an issue. I hope to work as a medical laboratory scientist and attend medical school in the future. I have various skills in the laboratory that are transferrable to general maintenance. I do simple repairs around my apartment and in my car.

I have been a member of the Honors Council E-Board as the social media director and the events coordinator. I'm a member of the Medical Laboratory Science club and have served as the representative for my class. I cofounded a research association on my campus which aims to make research funds and equipment more accessible to students for medical research. This project benefits me professionally because in the laboratory we work with a lot of equipment that requires maintenance and repairs and basic computer repair skills may be useful.

In my spare time I spend time with friends and work out. A fun fact about me is that I have a 6 year old black and white tuxedo cat.
