Hi Esther, The battery health is an estimation. A 1% variation is not a big deal. If the decrease is from 100% to 99%, it isn't alarming(yet). In my previous experience, it stayed at 100% for a few months. If, after one week is less than 99%, then it might be an issue. I would double-check if the retailer is selling new or reconditioned smartphones. Regarding the expired warranty, I suggest checking in Settings/About and seeing if it is the same (expired or not). If it's expired, it could indicate that it is a reconditioned phone sold as new.

Hi Zoe, First, I would remove the SD card (if you use one) and the sim card. I had some corrupt SD card files that messed up the entire OS. As a second step, try a hard reset. Maybe the Android phone is just stuck. How to hard reset: 1) press simultaneously power + volume down and keep them for 5-10 sec until phone, until phone display the Samsung logo. 2) press power and volume up simultaneously until it displays the debug menu. There is a slight chance for this to work in your case, but it is the easiest thing to try. If this works, then Reboot System now. If after reboot is the same, I would try again hard reset and then "Wiping data/factory reset", but this will erase your data. Hi Shawn, I suppose you've tried already with a different sim card from another operator. What I would try (1) first is to eliminate few variables, like if the phone can read the sim ok. I have 2 ideas: insert a sim with a PIN code active or use an app, like Zinny, where in Internet screen you can check what is the Sim Status. If the status is Not present, could be from the sim tray or contacts. (2) If the phone read the sim (Sim Status = ready), I would check if the phone detects any sell (with G Net tracker). If yes, then the antenna is working. (3) If the antenna is working, then I would check if the radio bands supported by your phone are used by your local operator (some models have the radio modems adapted to specific areas). If you want to enable the Wi-Fi service, you can just go to Settings / Internet and Wi-fi, enable it and connect to a known wi-fi network. And regarding "no longer connecting", try downloading a diagnostic app, like Zinny and post a screen with the internet page (from Zinny app).
