I think they reused an old power bank and just swapped out the batteries and that this guide can apply to most off-the-shelf power banks

Hello. The procedures should be pretty straightforward. Make sure they are aligned and try to use official ear tips. When buying replacements, make sure you bought the gen 2 tips, not the gen 1. Idk if they are the same thing or not, but see if that will work. If not, ask your question in the answers forum and see if someone can help you. It may be a problem with the connector or clip mechanism.
