@oldturkey03 Unsure about audio. I believe the tv turns off but not sure. The power indicator is white when I hit the power button and then slowly fades off after like 1 sec. Nothing is connected to the TV. I did take all the screws out, popped the back cover off, and took out the main board and it is burnt as indicated on the back. Ordering a replacement board and will post a update after installation. And for the flashlight deal, guess I didn't think of that. Will try that next time but for now, since the board is burnt I'd rather not put everything back together lol.

Solution. I replaced the digitizer and it's working again. For some reason the digitizer and home button functionality are tied into each other.
