Try a new wii remote. Does it work? Use that in the meantime. Open the SD Card slot on the wii and the battery slot on the wii remote. You should see a red sync button on both. Press and hold both buttons simultaniously. Hold on each for about 3 seconds. Check if it works. If it doen’t, then maybe your remotes connection is broken. Or try changing the batteries in the remote. Does the light appear? Then your remote is having trouble connecting to the wii.
Leer másThis could be caused by your adaptor. It probably does not work with your wii. Try a different adaptor. If it still does not work, maybe your wii’s motherboard is broken, or it can’t take power anymore. Best open it and look for the problem. If you are not familiar with opening a wii, you can use this guide: Desmontaje de la Nintendo Wii Good luck!
Leer másThis usually happens when the battery is dying, but does not happen to all remotes. I have this problem too, except it does not appear in menus very often and it does not appear in games at all. When it does appear, it looks glitchy and goes to different spots randomly. Go to the options and you will find an option in the settings called sensor bar, then sensitivity. If it does not appear or the dots are bigger, or there is more then one dot, there is probably too much light. Try turning off the lights. If it still happens, replace the batteries. It worked for me.
Leer másThe wii is actually supposed to make the clicking sounds. It is just the sound of the wii reading the disc.
Leer másIf it does that then if you want to take the risk, you might try taking the console apart carefully to check what the problem is. Sometimes there is a chance you can spot the problem and find a way to fix it or maybe ask anyone you know who is good in tech things to help you. If you don’t feel like taking the risk, try checking if the jumper or expansion paks are in properly or cleaned properly as sometimes that will cause the problem to happen.
