I have replaced tons of batteries and in my experience the ones not from Apple work just as good as a repair shops or iFixit’s or any online store. Should be no problem going to the repair shop.
Most likely one of the metal prongs that sits on the screen got stuck near that area. Removing the screen and putting it back on more carefully will hopefully do the trick. Try and start from the top and move downwards towards the charging port while reinstalling.
Replacing the motherboard might help with the response times, I would say give it a shot. If that doesn’t work then you might have to purchase an actual DualShock lol.
GS92126 | iPad Pro Screw Set | Mac Palace Complete set (45 pieces) of repair screw for IPAD PRO 12.9‑inch 1st gen 2nd gen | eBay I found these two websites selling them. Just need to do some searching
I have had this problem with my yoga-730 after I replaced the keyboard and other things. Each time it was something different so it's just a lot of troubleshooting. You may have to unplug the display connector then plug it back in. One time I took out my RAM stick and it started perfectly I don't know why that worked but that happens a lot lol. Try different things and they may work you never know. It is also good to read the manual made by Lenovo, this can open your eyes to new things you never knew about your laptop. https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mob... It's right here^^ Let me know how everything goes. Good luck!
It might give you the same result if the issue is not the logic board. The battery could be dead or maybe even the screen as well. Check if the battery is dead first I would say, The output voltage for a 5s battery is 3.8 volts I believe.
