Leer másHullo goodevening, how long have you had the phone for? is it always on charge? when do you start charging it from? 10% or 70%. could be a battery fault or physical problem if so then replacing it would be the easiest option. other quick tests could be Battery Calibration: (1) Let the battery drain completely until the phone shuts down. (2) Charge it to 100% without interruptions, then restart the phone while it's still plugged in. Reset the Phone: Perform a factory reset (after backing up important data) to rule out software problems. only do this if you have a backup but make it a last resort Use apps like AccuBattery to check the battery's health. its not perfect but could work goodluck
Leer másGday, try these few things... Reset: (1) Disconnect the speaker from power. (2) Hold the Power button for 10 seconds until the device powers off. (3) Reconnect the speaker to the charger and check if it charges properly. Update: Outdated firmware can cause charging issues: (1) Download the Bose Updater Software from Bose's website. (2) Connect your speaker to your computer via USB and follow the instructions to update the firmware. (3) https://www.bose.co.nz/en_nz/support/art... Check the cable and such, otherwise could be some sort of damage to the battery.
Leer másThats a tough one, from my limited knowledge it could be such a wide range of problems, did it get dropped or anything like moistere before hand? it could also be a product fault like a Tristar IC (Charging chip) failure, this handles USB-related functions. Maybe even a power management IC failure. Or even worse a logic board issue that might require professional micro-soldering repair or logic board replacement. For the mean time try a few things: DFU (Device Firmware Update) Mode: Try entering DFU mode instead of recovery mode: 1) Connect the phone to iTunes. 2) Press and quickly release the volume up button. 3) Press and quickly release the volume down button. 4) Hold the side button until the screen goes black, then hold both the side and volume down buttons for 5 seconds. 5) Release the side button but keep holding the volume down button for about 10 more seconds until iTunes recognizes the device. 6) If iTunes detects the device in DFU mode, you can try restoring it. Try a Full Drain and Recharge:...
