It sounds like you are missing a belt on the inside where you motor and wheel inside is and needs to be replaced with a new one

How's it going I'd like to try to help you fix your device so there's not a factory reset button on the back of it but you could try hitting shift 9 to enter the list then press 3 to reset all and then the equal sign to confirm it then hit the AC button to return it to normal then shift AC to turn it off reboot it see if it works like that then if that doesn't work you may try to take out the battery and getting a paperclip so the positive and negative terminals can reach each other that will help take out some extra electricity let it sit for 5 minutes then replace your battery

How's it going so it sounds like it could be a loose connection inside of it that could be a case of why it's shorting out on you I also had a tablet before and it would be so kind of the same thing to me as well and I plug it in and charge it but it wouldn't really charge it was just showing that it was charging and I found out that the charger that I was using wasn't strong enough for the tablet so that might be an issue as well if you guys are good at disassembling Electronics try taking it apart and as you take apart check to see if wire's are loose or if there's breakage in soldering from the board if there's solder breakage from The Wire then it's easy to solder it back together and you got to remember the pieces as you take apart where they go so they all fit back into it and that might work as well if problem still occurs I'll be happy to read more things to see if I can find out another solution for you please let me know and I'll always there to help

How's it going I want to ask you a couple questions have you tried to unplugging all the wires from your TV like the HDMI to plug in for the TV honest chords all that stuff try unplugging all that Indian plug and all that back in that doesn't work check your cords check out your cord to see if there's a breakage or a splice or cut or damaged cords anywhere remind me to replace a cord and if that's not working very well could be the power supply board has failed and that will have to be replaced if none of these are working please let me know I'll be happy to find more things to get your TV back up and running

So typically when you factory reset something it resets everything but not fully so since Android has their new technology on their devices it makes it harder for thieves to steal it so if you could find the owner or talked to the people who you bought it from and see if they could give you the information to sign in one time so you can reset it to your needs but you need the old owners Pass key to get in and if you don't have that maybe if you could use Android apps shreddit or secure erabe with ishredder6 could halp to.. and if you could load a bunch of junk data on it like a fake account and downloading to big files and then factory resetting it again then when you reboot and create a new profile you would know the passcode and password I hope this helps you and I hope you'll be able to get it unlocked if not let me know and I will be happy to find a better solution for you

Let me ask you a quick question has it ever been dropped or spilled water on it or anything other than wet or did it just all of a sudden just working fine never been damaged haven't dropped it and shut off

You definitely won't have problems because the screen for the new one is bigger than the older screens and connections are placed differently as well

They might look the same and the same size but they are not the old regime what's a 9.7 size screen in the newer gen has a 10.2 screen so they're a little different little bigger than the old one they do that so if in your situation it breaks you can either buy a new one or a new screen for the same size so I would suggest to get a new 10.2 screen
