Can you be more specific? Is it just two white squares and nothing else? Are there two white squares superimposed over the display? Can you see the squares when the device is just booting up or only after it’s fully running? Have you tried turning it off and on? What have you tried so far?

Leer másIf you touch the screen, lets say if an alarm is going off, can you get it to stop? I’m curious if it’s just an LCD/LED issue where the digitizer still works but nothing is on the screen, or if the whole screen component including the digitizer is non-responsive. That will help narrow down next steps.
Leer másOnce you deregister the device you should be good to go. Are you able to get it to turn on and use it at all? What’s happening? I have a Kindle Fire, it’s maybe 10 years old, and it still does the trick as far as eReaders go. Though it’s not great for 3rd party apps anymore. To deregister a Fire tablet: (1) Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Settings (gear) icon. (2) Tap My Account. (3) Tap Deregister, then tap Deregister again to confirm.

When it blinks fast with 15 times, it indicates that the voltage is lower than 3.3V" http://www.smoktech.com/kit/stick-v8 Is this what’s happening? Have you tried another USB outlet? Perhaps pugging it into a computer might work to get the voltage up to snuff.

Leer másThere are quite a few things that can cause this, but most commonly it’s going to be caused by a third-party app. Either by installing a new app or updating an existing app, you can render your device unusable. Quality has improved drastically over time, but it could still be the case. I would recommend trying to start up in Safe Mode. This will disable all third party apps. If your device starts to run fine in safe mode, then it’s probably an app that is the issue. This is a tedious process, but it might solve your problem. Go into safe mode, remove apps one at a time, each time going out of safe mode, testing, and then trying again with the next app. Alternatively, if you have everything backed up to Google, you can try a master reset, but I know that is a pain. I don’t mind doing it personally because I know everything is going to restore from where I left off, but there’s always a risk not everything will be saved, especially app data. But, it might be worth a shot. Here’s how to go into and out of...
