This is so old that I doubt you’ll respond or still have this problem, but now an R4 card is useless. A new DSI exploit called memory pit allows you to install TwilightMeNU++ and other hacks via just an SD card. See here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/memory-pit-a-new-dsi-exploit-for-dsi-camera.539432/
Firstly, I would make sure that the disc isn’t hitting anything. Then, I would check the spinner (I don’t know what it’s actually called) to see if it’s gunked up or anything. Other than that, It could be an issue with the drive itself and you may have to replace the disc drive
You could try restarting the tablet or performing a factory reset. If you can’t get in the tablet the procedure to factory reset is as follows: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledg...-base-219321/
By flashing yellow mark, do you mean a lightning bolt in the top left corner? This means that the Pi is not receiving enough power. Have you tried an OFFICIAL Raspberry Pi power supply, and not something like a phone charger?
Maybe put his card in your PC, go to windows, and uninstall all graphics card drivers. Then put your card back in. Also make sure your card is connected properly and receiving adequate power.
You must edit config.txt on the command line. Do the command sudo nano /boot/config.txt Then add one of the text things you see here at https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentatio...-txt/overclocking.md For example, overclocking to 1500 mhz would look like arm_freq=1500
It is NOT possible, unfortunately. The raspberry pi uses an ARM processor, Windows Vista requires x86. However, with software like QEMU, you could run Windows (maybe not Vista) in a Virtual Machine.
