After attempting an iPhone 6 battery replacement with a guide back in 2016, I was hooked on repair. I figured what would be the most logical next step; to work at Apple. After applying and going through the interview process 6 separate times without success I started looking for ways to get a leg up. I found Apple's technician training and got to work training myself on how to diagnose and repair their devices. I applied a final time and boom! I got the job and worked at Apple as a member of the Genius Bar team for 3 years. Since then, I've been working in various Help Desk roles at a couple of different companies in Healthcare, Real Estate, and Software.

I credit this website with providing me with the community and the resources to grow something that started as a passion into my career. I am here to give back in any way that I can.

I used to be a Genius at an Apple Store in Chicago. I am still certified to perform software & hardware repair on every Apple device. Since leaving Apple, I became Dell TechDirect Certified, Google IT Support Professional Certified, and currently working on Comp TIA A+
