I'm having a similar problem after there was some charging issue. None of the Sensors are working and also have a Charging Issue. I have taken the device to Samsung Centre but they said it would cost S$243.43 to replace the parts as this could be MotherBoard Issue. Update (06/29/2018): I have got some news here :-) I have purchased it online from South Korea and luckily the seller was so promising that they managed to get it serviced through Warranty and it was just some Software Issue it seems. I have received my Gear safely back in its old form. Now I don't have any issues with charging and All Sensors are working just great. Please check with your seller's if it was purchased online and mainly from different country. P.S.: I just had to pay S$10 for the Delivery, Pick-up was Free. Cheers :)
