Electrical Engineering major, ~1 year to go. Spread undergrad over several institutions--been at EWU for a year and a half. Would never pay someone else to fix something for me when I could learn from the experience of fixing it myself (my time is free, I'm a student!). Will solder down to SMD components, but prefer to view the world outside of a jeweler's loupe. Have "fixed" my iPhone some five times so far, with only minimal functionality loss and not too much gaffer's tape holding it together.
