How about downloading the firmware for the system on another computer, create a boot disk/usb copying the flash software and firmware onto it, reboot you system with the new disk/usb inserted and then run the flash software and reflash the system BIOS, Reboot and see if you can access the BIOS menu.

It sounds as if it’s dead pixels and you need to replace the screen. You can find replacements on a number of sites (like Amazon, ebay, etc.) and instructions on how to replace it on youtube.
