Go to https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/...-pro-click-firmware-updater-%7C-rz01-02990 And download the latest updater. Instructions are included there! (it’s pretty self explanatory, you just plug the dongle in and wait, and then the same with the mouse, asked so other people would know as it fixes some issues)
If your title mate falls into water for some reason and stops working my advice would be to not open it! Just take out the battery and leave it somewhere for multiple days! If you do decide to open it with a spudger, take out the battery and spudge around the case, next to the battery. But why I said to not open it is once you open it, it won’t click back together! Unfortunately the tile mate is two pieces of plastic welded together. This means once open (with some force) it’s either glue it back together or admit defeat (ask me how I know!) Hope this helps anyone…
It’s actually pretty easy to open up the ear phones and see if there is a loose wire. It is a size 5 torx security bit found in the ifixit basic toolkit. Take off the ear muffs and there are 3 screws. Gently move away the speaker and be careful of the short wire. The wire is clipped to the speaker plastic so you can unclip this to inspect closer. Anything missing or loose can be re-soldered. If you need images just ask as I can upload some. Good luck!
