So, I've been fixing phones for quite some time, but I've noticed a few things when replacing the LCD and home buttons....

Have you tried to connect it to iTunes to see if it recognizes it? it sounds as tho something via the mobo got shorted! hopefully that’s not the case!

Ive seen this happen a few times. When you put the motherboard back in, did you happen to tighten the screws too tight? Sometimes just that, will cause it to fritz and send it into boot loop which at that point, would have to be fully replaced because a part of the mobo is destroyed. Something just that small will cause it.. Ive seen this happen on almost every single model up to the XS max. It is possible

I honestly do not think there is a way. The imei is in the motherboard’s “mainframe” and cannot really be changed unfortunately.

Possibly a motherboard issue? Have you tried another battery just in case the battery is whats causing it to get very hot?

It could be because of the new update has “locked’ the phones screen because it was a 3rd party screen and not a “apple screen”. I have seen it happen too many times. If the screen is not cracked, take it back to where it was replaced and have them swap it out with another screen and make sure it works. sometimes if the screen is a poor quality, any single drop will cause it to become unresponsive

Is Your SIM card scratched at all? Have you tried any other SIM card to rule out maybe that one is just a faulty one?

Have you tried restoring it? If you do, choose “set up as new” because it may be a software issue. Hopefully that fixes it!

Is it the actual button? Or the ribbon? If its the ribbon, you may as well get a whole new phone as that is non fixable unless you want to buy a new logic board to have installed which is about the price of a new one.

Have you had someone or yourself text and check the microphone inside the phone? Sometimes they can go out and need replacing!

I would try to get a replacement screen. It seems to me the screen you have is faulty. Once you replace the screen you shouldn't have anymore backlight issues! iPhone 6 Plus Reemplazo de la pantalla iPhone 6 Plus Screen

It sounds like the LCD is bad. It may need to be replaced
