Looks like either its just burnt or you tore off the pads. When you took off the stick did it have any part of the ring stuck to it's legs? What does the other side look like? If pads on the other side look fine then you should be ok to just solder on a new one. But if they are also messed up then you will have to run new traces using kynar wire (very thin) from the legs of the stick. Best thing to do is grab a multimeter, put it in continuity mode and check if there is continuity from these pads to where they are supposed to go, looks like capacitors right next to them C25/C21 side closest to the pads.
