I decided to give the motherboard a clean up (alcohol bath) I brushed everything carefully with a toothbrush.. I'd put it back in and assembled it... Works perfect again.... Maybe this helps anybody.

I'v had the same problem. I was still getting errors by luma after complete installation. SO i figured uninstall CFW cause it might causing any problems. I was on ver. 11.6.0 now i was able to access settings (cause most of the time i get freezes) game card isnt even working properly also i get error, while when cfw was on it it worked. I did also a complete system format. Somehow im stuck on 11.6.0 and my 3ds will not boot automatic configuration screen. (just light up black screens) Sometimes im able to boot trough save recovery mode. last time i did this i was unable to update.. now i'v readen something about primary and secondary dns.. i will try this.. anybody else formiliar with this or can help? Thanks!

same problem with a water damaged motherboard, still haven't found out what this problem is. Anyone ? Also its possible to boot the motherboard up by connecting the charger cable, and making contacts between the (pwsw/green) (for power) contact and some of the contacts above the leds. or connect it to the resistors, Normaly the motherboard should boot up when you connect pwsw and green, this does not work. But Yeah! There is something with INS- VDET and PVOD contacts, somehow on either other way when you press them and try to turn on the DS it turns sometimes on and off. i am surtain something here with the battery circuit is wrong, maybe, just throw it in the fryer. ^c^
