Acer Extensa 5420 wont turn on and for a few days its been crashing and turning off it slightly got better today and died...

Surround sound works fine but DVD no longer works very clean and no noticeable damage I would like to know what's wrong...

Stop working completely wondering what to do and if a parts needs replacing where would I find it tried cleaning it out...

This may be your charger its best to use the one that came with phone if your using that one its possible it needs replaced u can test charger on another phone to find out phone batterys weaken over time so a new battery may an option Your charging port may not be working/ faulty check and make sure theres nothing in it and clean carefully if no sucess this part may need 2 be replaced Hope this helps

This can be one of two things i found Mysearchresults is a browser hijacker that i had on my Acer extensa 5420 it can cause apps to stop or shut down computer but ussaly doesnt restart this is possible but not likley if so use superantispyware.com to download the app that i used to remove this Or bad hard drive sectors as this is sometimes fixable a hard drive ranging 3 to 5 would be reccomended to have the longest life span of computer/ if this is your option depending hard drive its always good up upgrade ram but not always needed Hope this helps u :-)

It may store it in phone storage temporarly and will give option or automaticly move it to SD card/ don't let it automatically update apps take's up Memory and slows phone, if none of this works buy a new phone
