Find an small old screw driver that fits the spot and use crazy glue to join them be careful to only use a small amount and not to get the glue over the case and glue everything shut if your patient this has worked for me. Or if you have access to a dremil tool cut a slot in the screw head and use a flat head screw driver to remove it
Have you tried a simple tuneup. New plugs, wires ,fuel filter ,air filter ,pcv, . If theres a mil light on read the codes it will probably be able to explain the misfire which in fords is usually a coil pack
This could be a battery issue if you have another to try start there if your getting a connect disconnected it sounds like it could be the charging port itself . Try wiggling the cord and see it there's a position that will allow it to charge http://www.amazon.com/Original-Genuine-Connector-Replacement-HTC/dp/B008RECYG4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid...-2&keywords=htc+desire+510+charging+port the port can be purchased on amazon and is a separate unit so its screw in and hook up your cables and away you go
I had a similar issue with my Suburban there's a air blocker that opens and closes between the heater core and the condenser for the air conditioning. Its a matter of getting under the dash and finding the flap . in my case it was an air line that had a hole and wouldn't activate the flap. it runs on a vacuum
