Respuesta a "How do I fix the buttons on my LexiBook Tablet One?"This is a very easy fix. The first thing you want to do is remove the back plate. This can be done with a prying tool. If you do not have a access to a prying tool you can actually use a credit card or an appropriate equivalent. If you stick the tool/card in between the screen and backing where the two come together you can work your way around the device, undoing the clips that hold it together. Once doing so be careful of not pulling out the speaker. Once you have the device open you can re-seat the buttons and put the backing back on. When a charger is plugged in too long regardless of if the tablet is turned on....
Respuesta a "How do I fix my LexiBook when it has trouble booting up?"Freezing/Black screening during a boot-up is usually caused by damaged or corrupted system files that the tablet needs in order to start up. If you can get it to turn on at all then the first thing you want to try is resetting and clearing your tablet. If the issue stops then you should be good. If the device continues to freeze frequently then you should contact the manufacturer about getting your device repaired. If you cannot get the device to turn on at all the the device operating system is corrupted or there is a component that is causing your device to not be able to boot properly. In this situation you should contact the manufacturer about repairing your device because the issue is most likely not user repairable.
