Thanks for the tip! My display included it so I didn't think about it. Sorry I missed it.

I used a guitar pick to take off the keys. I needed to fix my space bar because it kept sticking. Here's what I learned about it:

There are two normal clips on either side of it with metal bars around the outside, but the center has the plastic plug which can easily be lost. This must be placed in the center (test it by pressing it and the computer should Space) and then press the plastic bar back into place making sure it clicks a few hundred times. Also, on the inside, you want to make sure the pegs that are closer together are closest to the trackpad and the ones farther away are closer to the CVBNM keys.

I've never repaired it, but I was warned not to. Perhaps now this will change with a few ZIF connectors.

Hmmm... does this mean the Apple Watch might actually be repairable by repair shops? The display looks a lot easier to take apart. Minus the likelihood that repairing it may render it not "swim proof" anymore.

The flex cable appears to go off on the right of the Home button and there seems to be an extension cable that connects to it near the rightmost screw. You can see a small bubble in the cable between the LCD shield and Home button shield??.
