MacBook Pro 13" 2010 hard Drive Cable Fix

Mi Problema

The Macbook Pro didn't see the HD. I checked the HD was good and found out on this site that it has been a common problem for the HD Cable to fail.

Mi Solución

Delivery: I live in Australia so I expected the part to take a while. I was therefore surprised when the the part arrived in just under a week of ordering.

Install: Easy as. Just remove a few screws pull out the old cable and insert new. Done. Less than 5mins. Now works. Seems to pick up the HD far faster than it did before the problem.

Mi Consejo

Don't open up the case at 4am when you are running on coffee. I lost a screw doing that. They are so tiny.
