Largest obstacles were adhesive strips employed to anchor battery to backplate.
Utilized hair dryer (heat) that made adhesive strips more pliable which resulted in a clean removal.
Secured display to box instead of fully removing it.
Mi Consejo
Anchor display to packaging to avoid interaction with as many connections as possible.
Heat the back plate of the phone first to make adhesives more pliable.
Use of FLAT tip tweezers from medicine cabinet to manipulate adhesive from the underside of installed battery, keeping strip taught.
