Samsung Note 3 display replacement

Mi Problema

Had to swap displays to transfer data from Note 3 with inoperative screen ->to new Note 3.

Utilized a display from surplus Note 3 to temporarily repair Note 3 with damaged digitizer.

Mi Solución

Worked wonderfully...until I got to removing the USB board.

It seems the USB board is secured with adhesive. The picture shows a small pointed tweezers lifting the corner. This method did not work, and I managed to fracture the corner of the USB board. The damage did not affect operation of the phone whatsoever.

Removal of the USB board was not required in my situation, as this was a temporary fix, only to extract the data from a damaged Note 3. The display was returned to the phone whence it came from.

You may want to mention a specific method of removing the USB board without damaging it.
