How can I know the base station ic on the mothreboard

If you mean by "base station" the WiFi (WLAN) and Bluetooth (BT) adapter it is a PCI Express Mini Card that is plugged into the motherboard and it is not an IC that is hard mounted on the motherboard.

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.43 (47 of 105 pdf) to view the procedure to remove/replace the card.

If the WiFi or BT is not working, have you checked the status of the WLAN or BT adapter in Device Manager, to make sure that they are installed OK and not that they're disabled or need a driver update?
