WD Blue 2TB disk making sound every couple seconds

Hey. Today my disk drive started doing some weird "beep-beep" sound every 5-ish seconds.
Windows doesn't recognize it. At first, it recognized the disk and said that the directory couldn't be accessed. Then I rebooted and updated windows and the disk didn't show up on the file manager neither on the disk partitions tool.
It has around 2 years of usage, and never gave any issues.
I have a lot of important data in it.
Is it cooked? or fixable?

It's definitely dead. In regards to the data, taking the drive to a data recovery specialist in your area is the only good option.

I think so. I went to a tech support here in my town, and he said that was the only good option. It's pretty expensive tho. How much do you think they charge? He said about 400-600 bucks.

@joaquin46768 The cost of data recovery can vary widely depending on where you take it and what needs to be done to recover data. But those price ranges seem in scope. Sometimes it’s as simple as firmware (I doubt that’s the case for you). But it can require transplanting parts from donor drives, really delicate repair or more advanced recovery software.

More skilled repairs usually incur higher cost.
