@loganbriones you most likely can't. You can try and see if Dell can help you with that or you will have to replace the BIOS IC.

Now, there are is a slight possibility that shortening pin 1 and pin 4 on your BIOS IC while turning your laptop on, will reset the password. If you want to give that a try, disassemble your laptop and post some pictures of the motherboard. That way we can see what you see and hopefully point out the BIOS IC and the contacts to shorten out.

Use this Dell Inspiron 14r 5437 Maintenance And Owner's Manual to work on your computer. We need to gain access to your motherboard from the keyboard side. Once you have the topside removed, take some well focused pictures of the motherboard so we can try and find the BIOS :-)
