My camera recently got submerged lense first in water and unfortunately got inside. I left it in some rice for a few days so it's all dried out and still works perfectly, only there are now dried water spots inside the lense and is now the main focus for my camera. Please can someone tell me how I can fix this issue? Or if it's even possible for me to fix?

To clean off the front lens element, first start off with using a dust blower to get off any dust that may be on it. Then take a microfiber cloth and lightly dampen it with a lens cleaner (do not use glass cleaner or any other chemical as it could potentially ruin the lens coating). Wipe the front lens element with the damp microfiber cloth using a spiral motion.
As far as water spots on internal lens elements, that's not quite so easy to clean. It would require completely disassembling the lens to be able to get to each internal lens element and cleaning them. If the water spots don't affect the image quality very much, I'd recommend just using the camera as-is. Otherwise you could potentially send the camera into a repair shop to get cleaned, but depending on the price it might just not be worth the money for that camera.

Disassembling is what I'm after. As well as the knowledge behind how to go about doing that. If anybody knows how or knows where I might find the information on how to do that, that would be awesome.
I unfortunately don't have much experience when it comes to compact cameras. I did find a video showing showing how to disassembly the front of the lens, which gives you access to the front lens group (which looks to contain the first 3 lens elements): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_qwLE2L...
If the water spots are mainly contained those those lens elements, that may be all you need to clean. Otherwise, to get to the remaining lens elements, you'd have to open up the back of the camera, disconnect the lens from the camera, and disassemble the lens completely. iFixit has a guide for a similar camera which should give you an idea for how to get all the way up to the point of where you'd need to start disassembling the lens (and then you might have to try finding a guide for the lens disassembly itself): Nikon Coolpix B700 Lens Assembly Replacement
Another possibility would be to replace the lens with a new one, but obviously would cost a bit of money.
