Samsung ML-120 printer, changed my toner cartridge stopped printing
this printer stopped working after changing toner cartridges but still draws the paper threw the printer as normal

Try shaking the toner. Sometimes the toner settles and does this. Shaking it usually fixes it.
If it doesn't, then it's a defective toner or this is one of those Samsungs that received firmware updates to block 3rd party toner as a “security update”. If it gets fake firmware updates, find 2-3 toners which work and stop updating the firmware.
