The microwave sparked so much and burnt the waveguide. I replaced the waveguide and I hear a click noise after few seconds and see spark/smoke again. Any thoughts on what I could check next? Thanks

HV diodes like to spark and burn.
HV cap generally just smoke
HV transformer can spark and burn
Magnetron can spark and cause diode or transformer or capacitor to smoke.
