Here's the maintnenance and service guide, taken from this support webpage fro the laptop.
Go to p.39 to view the procedure to remove/replace the display assembly.
This will allow you to gain access to the hinges so that they can be removed/replaced.
On p.24 Item #5 you'll find the part number for the hinges. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
