TouchID not clicking after topcase swap
I recently swapped the topcase and screen on a second hand purchase with liquid damage. From visual inspection, the liquid damage was around the escape key, touchID sensor seemed untouched.
TouchID itself work, however the button does not register clicks. I watched different guide and don't see anything I did wrong during the swap of the sensor.
Can a mistake in assembly lead to the button not working properly or is this likely to be hardware failure off the button?
Es esta una buena pregunta?

Did you swap over the button with the logic board?

Yes, I kept the original TouchID button and TouchID is working. The issue is that the power button is not working.

@benton7086 - Which one of the 13" models do you have as there are a few different setups. Pick the system out from here Retina 13" MacBook systems so we can aim you deeper into the logic area.
