Here is the possible solutions I got:

Reset:

Since you use a Bose smart speaker you can Factory Reset it from the Bose Connect app.

Pick Speaker>Speaker Settings>Reset (can be called Factory Reset aswell).

Cleaning:

If the speaker has accumulated dirt or grime, you can rinse it under running water. The SoundLink Flex is IP67-rated, which means it’s waterproof and can withstand being submerged in water (for limited of time, dont let it bath and be careful).

Allow the speaker to air dry completely before using it again.

Enviroment/Connection:

There can be distubance in the communication between your devices. Try to connect the speaker to another device and try to use it on an place without many other wirless devices.

Extra: Bluetooth operates in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, which is also used by other devices like Wi-Fi routers, microwaves, and baby monitors etc. etc.

Firmware:

Check for firmware/software update in the Bose Connect app.

Hardware:

I don't really have an solution on this one but there can be some internal issues with the speaker "unit" itself or something else.

Hope your sound get better and I could help you!

@faizalshukkoor if any of the suggestions from the previous answer does not work, you need to consider that this is a power issue or a speaker issue. For that you will have to disassemble your speaker. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that use something like this video Check the speaker for any tears in the membrane etc. Then check the circuit board for any damage and consider replacing the battery. Schematics are of course not available :-(

Before you do any of this, you do want to double check if this device is still covered under warranty. If so, do nothing but contact Bose. Let them fix it on their money, not yours.

If you come across anything that looks odd or you may have questions about, you can always post images of what you are looking it, with your question. Agregar imágenes a una pregunta existente

While you work on your speaker, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
