@joeltorres64936 what you are describing is that the engine under a load has decreased performance. This can be related to a worn engine. It could be bad piston rings, bad compression, bad valves etc. It is also possible that this is a fuel issue. If it sputters and jerks under a load, it it possible that it does not get enough fuel. We would need to know what engine your Chrysler has and if you noticed an increase in fuel consumption.
As my esteemed colleague @carloslopez1970 is already suggesting, you will need to do some basic maintenance. Changing your spark plugs is part of it. So is changing all of your filters (Fuel, Oil and Air) Go ahead and also do a compression test on your engine. It will tell you a great deal of what is going on with it. Take a look at the old spark plugs. See what those look like. Again, you can learn a lot about how the engine works by checking those things. If unsure you can always post pictures of the spark plugs with your Question. That will help us to help you since it will show us how your engine burns its fuel. Also, some areas have better fuel than other areas, so part of that will also depend on where on this planet you are driving.
To recap, here is what I would do first:
change oil
change all filters (oil, fuel and air)
change spark plugs
do a compression test (tools for that are not expensive and depending where you are, some shops will do that for reasonable cost)
then re-evaluate how it drives.
If you need help with any of this, you can always ask on here. We do have some pretty smart and experienced people that are always willing to help you out.

A ver qué aspecto tienen.
