Since we don't know exactly what you've tried, did you format the SD card i.e. NTFS, Win32, exFAT file format etc before inserting it into the game console?
Here's a link that may help.
If still no good, have you tried another SD card or tried inserting another compatible known working SD card to see if they showed?
