@babuyadla most common reason for any "white" spots on the screen are missing diffuser caps on the backlight strips. Sometimes they can be reattached with some adhesive, other times it will require a replacement of the strips. It all will depend on what this all looks like. so, just like it was mentioned in the comment, post some image of what your screen shows, with your question.

This may be mold buildup on the inside of the display. Have you recently stored this TV in a warm damp environment, or gotten it wet with flooding in your house?

Are these small white spots or large white spots? It would help immensely if you could add a picture of what you're seeing on your television so we can see it too.
