Here's the troubleshooting section from the repair manual for the phone.

Go to p.7 Power on and follow the chart and check what the results are.

There are board layouts also in this section where if you zoom in far enough you can find the location of all the components mentioned in the flowchart, (use the search function of your browser).

If a component is faulty here's the electrical parts list. Find the wanted part by searching for its designation and then search online for Samsung (insert parts code) to find suppliers of the part
