Basically i turned my iphone off and it decided to not turn on anymore i plugged it into my pc and saw on itunes its on duf the screen is perma black screen (not broken) i trief to restore it over pc but its stuck in duf mode,it finishes without problem

connect your phone with only the logic board, dock connector and battery ( no screen a flex cables and noo camera plug in to motherboard) to itunes or 3U Tools and do a restore .
