What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

Get into BIOS setup (if you can) and check if the HDD (or SSD) is shown as being detected by the BIOS.

Here's how:

Start the laptop and repeatedly press the esc key until the Startup Menu opens. Press f10 to enter BIOS Setup Utility.

If the HDD/SSD is not detected it may have failed or there's a loose connection.

If it is being detected then it may be a corrupted MBR (or GPT) boot file on the drive.
